Anyone can generate.
Almost no one directs.
AI made images cheap and fast. It did not make them yours. What a premium brand needs is a look it can repeat on Tuesday, in a new size, in a new market, without briefing it again.

Taste is the product
Generation is cheap. Direction is not. Every brand can make an image; very few can make the same image twice, on brand, at the pace their channels ask for. We build for the second one.

A model trained on five to twenty photos of a real product holds its stitching, its colour, its weight. Not a jacket like yours. Yours — in any scene you ask for.

Our board is real people, trained with consent, earning a royalty every time they are booked. A campaign cast here is cast, not scraped.

Consent and royalties.
Every face on the board belongs to someone who agreed to be there and is paid when a brand books them. Character Lock holds that face across a campaign — the same cheekbone in the hero, the PDP and the ad.
