Counts are whole runs of one kind at a time, rounded down, at today's prices: an image is one still at Studio’s default settings (30 tokens), a clip is 5 seconds in the Video studio's default model, Kling 2.1 (104 tokens). Another model or a larger size costs more or less. A mix of the two shares the same tokens. A day is the price over a 30-day month; on yearly billing, a month's share of the year. Every model is priced under What your tokens buy.

- Images, video, edits and training show their price before you run them.
- If a run fails, the tokens it took go back to your balance.
- Plan tokens refresh every billing period and do not roll over. Top-ups and welcome credit last 365 days from the day they are added, and are spent after plan tokens.
- Ad copy, ad scoring and Director chat are billed by what they use. Copy and scoring show their price first; Director chat shows what a turn cost afterwards.

before they start.
What is a token?
One token is €0.005 — 200 tokens make a euro. Every generation is priced from what it actually costs us to run: an image at Studio’s default settings is about 30 tokens, a 5-second video about 104, a 15-second cinematic clip about 1,680, and training a model about 1,667. Starter's 6,000 tokens a month buy about 200 images at that price.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. It is added at checkout where it applies, and a business can enter its VAT number there.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Your monthly grant resets at the start of each billing period. Purchased top-ups, welcome credit and goodwill credit live in a separate bucket that stays valid for 365 days from the day it was added, and is only spent once the monthly grant is used.
Who owns what I generate?
You do. Every plan includes full commercial rights to every generated asset, worldwide.
Self-serve or managed — which do I need?
Start in Studio on any tier and direct the work yourself. When you'd rather hand over the brief, open Projects in your workspace: a creative director scopes it and sends a quote before anything is charged — from €1,200 per shoot. Retainers (from €2,000 a month) get a dedicated creative director, 48-hour delivery and the On-Brand Guarantee with no per-brief quote.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — switch tiers any time. Every plan uses the whole studio, video and Product Lock included, and pays per job in tokens; a bigger plan is a bigger monthly allowance and more workspaces (1 on Starter, 3 on Studio Pro, 25 on Studio Unlimited). Training a persona of your own and live listening are Studio Pro and above.
