AI model agency

An AI model agency, run like a model agency
Real faces. Licensed. Locked.

Misu is a model board for AI fashion photography. Cast a licensed AI twin of a real person, or a born-digital Original, and keep the same face through every frame of the campaign.

01

What an AI model agency is

An AI model agency represents faces that brands can cast for generated imagery and video. At Misu, some of those faces belong to real people who have consented to be trained and are paid when they are cast. Others are fully synthetic, with no person behind them.

The agency part is the same as it has always been: a curated board, a booking, a confirmed scope of use, and a person who gets paid. What changes is the logistics. No travel, no call sheet, no availability window. The live board is at misulabs.app/models.

02

Three boards

Every face on Misu sits on one of three boards, and each board has its own rules.

Main Board

Licensed AI twins of real people, including Lora and Semona. Each has consented to training for platform-wide use under an agreement with Misu, is booked by request, and earns royalties when cast.

Originals

Born-digital models made by Misu: Zola, Nyx, Caspian and Mira. No real person behind them, so there is no licensing step. Any brand can generate with an Original in Studio. Each has a set register, from Zola's avant-garde edge to Mira's soft commercial look.

Exclusive

Personas your brand trains itself, from at least 15 reference photos with the person's written consent. Private to your brand and never offered to another client. Training needs Studio Pro or above and runs in the background.

How booking a Main Board model works

A real person's likeness is booked, not downloaded.

  1. 01

    Browse the board

Filter by gender, body type, skin tone, hair, age or aesthetic, from Editorial and Minimalist to Streetwear and Avant-Garde.

  2. 02

    Request a booking

Send a booking request from the model's page describing the campaign type and how the images will be used.

  3. 03

    Scope confirmed

Misu's team reviews the request and confirms it, typically within 24 hours. The licence covers the campaign scope in the confirmed booking.

  4. 04

    Produce the campaign

The shoot is produced with Character Lock on every frame, so the face in the hero image is the face in the detail shot and the video. Misu's team can produce the whole shoot, quoted per brief.

  5. 05

    The model is paid

The person behind the face earns royalties from the booking under their agreement with Misu.

06

Consent, royalties and ethics

Every real face on Misu is there by consent. Main Board models are trained under a separate agreement with Misu, and their royalties are paid under that agreement. Generating anyone else's likeness requires their explicit written consent to AI training, commercial use and digital reproduction.

Character Lock is a consistency tool, not a licence. It keeps a face identical across frames, but it never widens what a booking allows. Misu operates in compliance with the EU AI Act as it applies to its systems. People who want to be cast can apply to join the board at misulabs.app/become-a-model.

Questions people ask

What is an AI model agency?

A board of faces that brands cast for generated fashion and product imagery. Misu's board has licensed AI twins of real people, born-digital Originals, and private personas that brands train themselves.

Are the AI models real people?

Main Board models are. Each is the AI twin of a real person who consented to training and earns royalties when booked. Originals such as Zola, Nyx, Caspian and Mira are fully synthetic.

Can I use an AI model commercially?

Yes. Generated assets come with full commercial rights on every plan. Main Board likenesses are licensed for the campaign scope confirmed in your booking. Originals need no licence.

How do I book a licensed AI model?

Send a booking request from the model's page with the campaign type and intended use. Misu's team reviews and confirms bookings, typically within 24 hours.

Can a licensed AI twin be used for anything?

No. A booking licenses the likeness for the campaign type and scope described in the request. Uses outside that scope are not permitted, and Character Lock does not change that.

Can I cast a model exclusively for my brand?

Personas you train yourself are exclusive by default and never offered to another client. Brand-exclusive models built by Misu are part of Enterprise engagements.

Can I train an AI model of my own brand ambassador?

Yes, with their written consent. Upload at least 15 reference photos with consistent lighting and a mix of angles. The persona is private to your brand. Training needs Studio Pro or above.

How much does it cost?

Generating with Originals starts on Starter at €29 a month. Managed shoots with Misu's team are quoted per brief, from €1,200 per shoot.
