Integrations

Connect Shopify to pull in your catalog and sales, connect social accounts to publish your ads, and connect ad platforms to link your accounts.

Shopify

Connect your store with its domain, for example my-store.myshopify.com. Once connected, Sync Products pulls your full catalog in, and you can import products one at a time or all at once. Imported products carry their photos over automatically, ready to train or generate from. A connected store also feeds the revenue, order, average order value, and repeat-buyer tiles on your dashboard, from its last 90 days of orders.

Importing a product from any URL

If a product isn't on Shopify, you can still import it directly from its product page URL using the web scraper, which pulls the name, description, and images it finds.

Ad platforms

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads all connect through OAuth from Settings, then Integrations, or from Marketing, then Channels. Connecting authenticates the account; Misu never sees or stores your platform password, and you can disconnect at any time. Reading performance numbers from the account and creating paid campaigns from Misu are not part of this yet.

No Meta ad account yet? How to set up a Meta ad account walks through the Page, business portfolio, ad account and payment method, then how to run an ad you made in Misu.

Performance numbers are not live yet

Connecting an ad account authenticates it, but pulling in real performance data (spend, ROAS, click-through) is not built yet. The Marketing Performance, Campaigns and Creatives screens say so instead of showing numbers, and nothing on them is an estimate.

Publishing to social

Connect your Instagram (a Business or Creator account), a Facebook Page you manage, or your LinkedIn profile once under Settings, then Integrations, then Social accounts: you log in on the platform's own page, and Misu never sees your passwords. From then on, Publish in the Ads studio posts a finished ad to those accounts as your brand and saves it to your Library; a 9:16 ad goes to Instagram as a Story. Deploy to social on any asset uses the same accounts.
